Yehuda Gluten Free Matzo-Style Squares are fiber enriched and kosher for Passover -- and year round. The squares are made from all-natural ingredients including tapioca starch, potato starch, potato flour, pressed palm oil, apple fiber, plant fiber, natural vinegar, egg yolks, honey, and salt. Each box contains about 10 matzos. Use these Matzo-Style Crackers as a snack, for dipping, or with a "schmear". They are a welcome addition to Passover for gluten-free diets. However, as is stated on the box, they should not be used as a replacement for matzo at a Seder.
