| Tuna Burgers with Chili Ginger Mustard Glaze |

Ingredients: Glaze: Directions: Combine all the glaze ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer until glaze coats the back of a spoon (about 5 minutes). Strain and set aside. Chop the tuna into small pieces and combine with garlic, scallions, mustard, salt & pepper. Mix thoroughly and divide into 4 portions. Take each portion and flatten into a patty. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the burgers until browned on outside and medium rare inside (3-4 minutes per side). Notes: Yield: Serves 4 |
